Pondering

It is officially official now, I got my letter from LSU yesterday! I still have to get a few shots, and tests for some disease, but I don't think that will be a problem. I think I just might be a tad bit excited. Just a tad. Now is the time where most people spend weeks pondering on the last 17 years of their life, how quickly it has gone by, the good ole high school years, the driver's licence, first car, and so forth...I think I would rather look at where God wants to take me. I still don't know what I am going to major in. I like English, but I stink at it when it comes to the actual classroom. I love science, Biology and Physics mainly, and am good at math, but would not want to spend the rest of my life figuring numbers. I would enjoy being a general surgeon, you get to cut people open, with out the getting too attached to them part that would come as a nurse. I would also enjoy anything with physics. It is so cool to me that you could figure out exactly where a cherry pit would land if you dropped it out of a car moving 60 mi/hr (if you added a few more knowns to the equation). I suppose that I like it as a result of having a good teacher. I have had a few dreams, but I am not if they came from God, or the pleasure that comes from the though of actually becoming a doctor. I know missions has to work itself in somewhere. I know that my heart is not for America. I pray wholeheartedly for the people here, but I know that my heart is not for them...I just know it. But today and forevermore, I chose to be Jordan Ward, not an aspiring Dr. or Physicist, but a follower of Jesus Christ until the day I die, knowing that if I seek Him first all else will be added unto me.

Every 1 in 8 bikers get brain damage from a bicycle crash every year. So that limits us to a team of 7, just kidding.

1. I got a new bike.

2. My bike is malfunctioning.

3. This is crazy, and Pop has to fix it. It is fixed temporarily.

4. It is white with a little bit, but not too much pink. It's pretty.

5. Bekah and I had a TON of fun just now. We did something that is of questionable legality, but fun none the less, possibly annoying, but that is left to an others discretion.

We will be biking daily now, a minimum of thirty minutes, building up everyday. Water will be our best friend, as well as a cushioned bike seat (vital). Looking forward to next Saturday, everyone must mark their calendars. I would be game for 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning, temperature wise, but I don't think I would enjoy the dark. 8:00 or 9:00 is good too though. We can jump in the pool afterwards to cool off. Well my typing is slowly getting worse and worse as I grow more delirious. 10-4 good buddies.

Quotable

What terms something as a "quote"? Does someone have to write it down in a book of proverbs, or can it just be a line from a magazine you pick up somewhere? Could it be a statement worthy of repeating from a movie? Well I found a quirky statement that I feel could be a quote:

Walking is just controlled falling.-Charles M. Plishka

Life in the fast lane

Ok, Graduation will have to wait. Only until Aug. I would have been done had my teacher not decided that the bible was not a creditable source for my report, sending it back as incomplete putting me behind my deadline. But really it is not that big of a deal.

On the other hand I called LSU as a result of talking to Deanna and Mrs. Michelle. They never got my application. I know. Don't know what went a muck, but it to is fixed, and I should know within the month if I am in.

Aside from the worries of this world ( not really worried, minus a freak out moment about the application I really am pretty calm) I am determined to be a servant. I am slowly, miraculously growing more and more on fire for God, and it is not emotions, and it is real, and constant, ever present, I don't know how to explain it, but I know that I am seeking after the face of God, and I am not going to stop. I am running with a supernatural perseverance, and the only place it could have come would be God. I am so excited, and so hungry, and so ????? I don't know, but I know...I just can't explain everything, but in time...

I cant wear socks, I have created a rash where the elastic rests on my ankles because I waer them so much, its time to pull out the knee highs.

So, I haven't even looked at a computer in over a week. I am being put on home bound school, but I have little to no makeup work. The headaches are supposedly from the wreck in January. My body just took a while to respond I suppose. I also have TMJ or TMD actually, I don't know the difference. And my mouth is too small for my tongue, so when I sleep it supposedly blocks the air from getting to my lungs, so it pushes against my teeth giving me a scalloped tongue. He said that is why I have dark circles under my tongue.

Fact: I will not be using a hot compress on my forehead since I apparently cannot tell when it is too hot. I blistered my forehead, it was red for like an hour after I took the compress off. Then a row is blisters appeared just below my hairline.

I love little house on the prairie, that is what my family is getting me for my birthday and graduation.
